Ok u are not listening, rev matching is only done when u are down shifting!!!! Unless u are really letting the rpms drop during shifting, or decide if you coasting at 40 out of gear and then u put it into second, you want to rev match. BUt again this is for daily driving only, not racing!!
If you are cruising at 40 mphs an hour and need to pass some on on a 2 lane road. U take it out of 5th rev the motor up to where your rpms need to be at 40 mphs in 3rd or 2nd gear. I beleive second need to be at 5,100 or so nad then you slide it into gear and release the clutch. This is where rev matching is needed. Not racing.
