Right now I am using a product from Walmart called "Bulldog Flexible Bumper Paint Stripper" for my body kit project. It gets the majority of the paint off pretty fast except for a few spots. I'd give that a try or pretty much any flexible paint stripper. Like SleeperTour said, get the wrong stuff, buy a new bumper. Thats my $.02
