I tried installing Service Pack 2 for Windows XP Professional and it said could not install after it had just started inventory
My virus scanner keeps finding the same virus over and over but it says it cannot remove or delete. My Spysweeper won't remove it, and Lavasoft Ad-aware keeps hanging up on 58.tmp & 59.tmp (where the virus/whatever is held) I tried deleting the virus manually... that wont work. I closed all operations using ctrl+alt+delete and then tried deleting, that won't help.
The computer is getting slower and slower the more I keep using these spyware removers within the past 48 hours, and the computer is constantly *working* on something, even when offline.
And my spyware keeps asking me i want to "remove" spyware (every 20 seconds) always with a new name, and i have active shield on (Im so confused....)
