If you haven't changed the spark plugs before I would suggest doing that first. Also check to make sure the spark plug wires are seated properly (and the correct firing order is in).

You may also want to consider checking for vacuum leaks and exhaust leaks or stuck EGR, dirty MAF, PCV.

And yes, O2 sensor for upper Bank 2 (near radiator) could also be the culprit.
