I do.

How many failures do you see ?

I sell both MS hardware & Logitech ... logitech returns are approximately 6% and MS hardware is 0% ... that's from a 24 month period, looking at 180 units sold (approx 60/40 logitech/MS).
I have yet to see a Microsoft keyboard/mouse unit have problems, and especially with frequencies.
