How did you know it is for a lean condition? You may have to scan it and post the code to know for sure.

Rotten egg smell is usually caused by rich condition (gas not completed burned off by converter). But we won't really know unless you can get the codes scanned and posted.

Most hot exhaust gases would burn the eyes.

a year ago i had the IMRC failing and lean conditions reported

now i just have lean conditions reported after replacing the IMRC

i could have more now, the cel has been on for 100,000 km or so... lol

it smells like typical exhaust just very strong, doesnt smell eggy or anything else.

i cleaned the maf about 4 months ago, i over oiled my K&N and was getting misfires and thats when the stink started, misfires stopped after replacing the air filter with a paper one, and cleaning the maf

I don't know what to say. Maybe you can get a fellow CEGer near you to help you pull the codes (post a help request in the regional forums). If all else fails and you want to roll the dice, pull Fuses 4 and 11 from the Power Dist. Box next to the battery for a few minutes to clear the code before the E-Test. Not sure what it entails in your area but if it means having all parameters in a ready condition, then you may have a problem.
