I don't think the AC not working 4 days after you bought it would fall under a lemon law. I would go to the dealer and tell him you're pissed, you want it fixed because you just bought it and it died. If he doesn't like it, tell him he MUST fix it. If he still says no, get a local news crew, get the car right in front of the dealership. Tell him if he doesn't stop being a [censored] [censored] for recharging a broken AC unit before he sells cars, you're going to drive yours right through the front window in front of a media crew.
