to me, most if not all colognes i have encountered smell like bathroom cleaning solutions.

Don't wear any store brands: Gap, Ambercrombie, Hollister, etc. They are usually good scents, and girls like them, but they are not intriguing. They either can name the scent or at least know it is very familiar. You're looking for something that they like, but don't smell on every 16 year old kid in the mall.

As sissy as wearing Victoria's Secret cologne sounds, the stuff smells amazing. Definitely my favorite. I believe they also have a Very Sexy for Men 2 out, but that one is just not nearly as pleasing.

I also like Abercrombie- Woods, but just about everybody and their brother uses that scent, and it's good to be different.

I don't wear cologne very often, but I agree that this stuff does smell good.

I wear what my wife likes: Colors by Benneton. Hard to find now but I like it.

Always take a woman with you when shopping for cologne. It doesn't matter what you like, it's what SHE likes. If you are single its a good excuse to ask that hot girl you have your eyes on to come with you to "help you out."

That being said I switch between Ralph Lauren Silver and Dolce & Gabanna.

I wore Curve and Very Sexy for a long time, but have just been won over by "Z" by Zegna. I literally have to claw my way out of my wifes clutches just to go to work(I wear cologne everyday)...its great.

I have all types of cologne and I wear different colognes for different occassions and I like to mix it up. The colognes I like and use are:

Curve Crush for men
Cool Water
Hugo Boss
John Varvatos(my current favorite and a panty melter to boot)
Aqua De Gio
Kenneth Cole Black
Burberry
Davidoff Echo

I know I'm a cologne whore. I like to smell good when I go out, which is almost every night.

Edited becuase I forgot one LOL.
