Don't use coinstar, they unnecessarily take a cut. Our local banks have similar counters that do it for free. Don't even need an account at that bank (Commerce).

O/T - I do the same thing, but into empty Scotch bottle canisters. I have about 5 or 6 full ones and 2/3 into my current. I don't know what I'll do with the cash, but it'll add up. I once counted out about 1/4 of a container and I was shocked!
