I live in downtown atlanta, and I completely agree with this agressive panhandling ban. I can't even get gas anymore without someone standing by my door asking for money. And the notion that this is about race is absolutely rediculous.

There is nothing wrong with sitting on the side of the street and holding out a cup asking for money, but you shouldn't be aloud to follow people and harrass them untill they give you something.
