Isn't that what having faith means? Jesus has told you to not worry about the future and how you will survive because all you have to do is have faith and he will provide.
It seems that leaving your brain on is not consistent with your beleif system.

All of my family that have came here are legal now but never asked for anything in return. And guess what? They pay taxes like you or me; now and back then when they were illegal.

Now put yourself in someone else's shoes before making bonehead comments like you did.

Ahhh so now we know why you support illegal immigrants. Well I still disagree. The ends do not justify the means. No matter how good of a person they are, it is still illegal.

I don't support it. I feel a lot of bad people coming here illegaly. I think something NEEDS to be done.

Declare illegal immigrants "in season" and sell hunting licenses.

wow. spoken like a true "whiteman", but wait, Packrat's not white! or is he...

PS not directed as a racial remark toward any white people in here, just to show Packrat's true self-loathing and desire to be white.
Packrat, im suprised you hate Micheal Jackson so much. you two have SO much in common.

Idiot.

Please tell me you are kidding. Faith is not a substitute for a brain, concerning physical things.

sure, if you dont mind half of our country's agricultural recources being put on pause for, oh...say ten years or so. then again, maybe some of you young college freshmen that are complaining about your lousy Bestbuy and Walmart jobs would like to pick fruit and veggies in the hot sun for $6+ an hour, for 12 hours, for six days a week. get out those $100 shades boys

and...

the LA Times has an interesting article in today's paper about agricultural labor and the present lack thereof. They said that due to tighter border security it is getting much harder to find workers to place in the fields. They said that most legalized Mexican workers are moving to better-paying jobs like construction. One illegal worker said that living in CA is getting to be so expensive that coming all the way up here to work isnt worth it anymore and the he is going back home. SO, that means LOTS of available labor jobs ready for the average American to jump right into! who's ready? either you guys do it or the price of agricultural goods will be skyrocketing. and just because it's that might happen in CA doesnt mean it wont affect the price of oranges and bread in Indiana.

I take what you said about "working on the farm" a little personal. You are basically saying that there are no americans willing to do what the "Mexican Workers do".

Sorry to bust your bubble but California is not the USA.

I grew up on a large farm that hired only locals to work there. I worked there from the time I was 5 until I was 20. I am willing to bet I have cleaned more dirt from under my nails than you have ever seen and 6 bucks an hour. I wish I got paid that when I worked on the farm. I would have been living the High Life. And the comment about agricultural goods skyrocketing due to higher labor shows me how much you know about the framing based industry.

Just a Plain SE. AKA Big Country I maybe path914's B**** now, but wait until he needs his clutch done. We will see WHO is WHO's B**** then!

If people arent willing to do a certain job for a going wage, IE picking fruit for 6$/hour It forces the wages up. And i know plenty of stoner kids that would pick fruits and veggies for 8-10$/hour.
Yes the cost of the goods might go up. But thats only because the businesses are used to making huge profits. But if no one buys the goods cause there too expensive, it forces the prices down. It seems every year the rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer. And i think this kinda of stuff is the reason why.
If that makes any sense to anyone good, If not thats okay too cause it barely makes sense to me.
