OK, here in Utah where the illegal population hasn't had a lot of time to setup as they have in California, I have seen all of what I speak of happen. There is always a key figure within the illegal immigrant society that would be who you'd go to for a loan of any type. Now that the growing population of Latinos are finding fault with the old ways and now that Zions bank is opening up "Su Banko" locations all over the ghettos, it's less likely to happen.
Also, there has been a lot of home invasion issues that were kept amongst their society until they broke out into plain sight. I'm not just some white kid that is looking down from my mansion from the upper east side and guessing what's happening, I've lived around it and have had to deal with it.
