Its probably the angle, but to me it looks like the bottom of the WRX bumper is off centered when it was molded onto the contour bumper...

Here's a custom piece I have done for my tour'. 
95 Contour, Custom EVO bodykit, 2.0l, PNP Focus head, Stage 2 cams, Je pistons, Eagle rods, 4in1header, 2.5" header back exhaust(complete stainless), D P nitrous, ram air intake, 10mm wires, flamethrower.

I was thinking, if I get the money, I could try to mold the bottom half of a SVT front bumper onto the pre98 Mystique front bumper, and put the side skirts and rear bumper on it. But it probably won't happen.

I forget who did it, but there was a mystique with a svt graft/custom on it. The license plate said "tainted" I think. This ringing a bell for anyone? Maybe we can help mystique out.

I like the small lip that the razzi front adds and it shouldnt be too hard to mold on since it's mostly already made for the body...mostly looks real nice on B.I.'s car although he only had the back of the kit molded I believe:
