You have a secretary who you refer to publicly as a "bimbo" and a "ditz" and a "'tard" and who you claim rarely does her job correctly???
I don't know what business you're in but I find your behavior to be suspiciously inappropriate and unprofessional. To be honest, I find this to be so unprofessional that I'm willing to bet that this "secretary" exists only in your mind.
Your remarks have BS written all over them. I have worked with plenty of secretaries who have screwed up but when they do so - guess what - its ALWAYS ultimately my responsibility.
