Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums General Common Interests Shipping problem's / who's at fault ?

Ok well for the last 5 week's a member of CEG has claimed he has been trying to ship me my package, Once I ask him about it he then reply's and say's it was refused by the receiver . This is the same place where I receive all of my items to powder coat and I have never had any issues at all , I might add that I know the owner of this shipping store personally and he has no reason to lie to me or say, he has told me 2 times now he never refused ANYTHING . Now I wrote Chad back and told him, I will refund you ALL of your money if you just simply provide me a tracking number so I can get this figured out, I still have yet to get one?

What do you guy's think is going on here? He claims he spent 34.00 so far trying to ship me the item and yet he won't even give me a tracking number so I can refund him his money...
