Check the wiring going into the blower. I had to replace my Fuse panel a while back because of constant blower motor issues, turned out to be a short. A year later it started hapening again, the wire going into the blower melted during the previous short but did not cause issues until the following year. I fixed the wiring and all has been well for over a year.
