If they have the ability to engine dyno it, go for it. Its a great way to break in a motor and play with settings. But I would only do it if you have the turbo kit bolted to it. Other wise its a bit useless.
Average engine dyno rentals are in the ballpark of $5-600 a day though. There most likely going to have to make an adapter(s), not to metion messing with the harness. But its nothing that hasn't been done before. Yes they can simulate for load of a transmission. You should be able to get a good ball park of tuning done, and survive enough to drive around, but most definitly will need to be tweeked on a chassis dyno or hard street driving as well to make it absolutly perfect.
