Don't know what else I can say guys. BELIEVE me this is a tough decision. I am torn as what to do, and the only good part is that summer is almost over so I will have a good few months to ponder my decision...

I would go porsche. I love my contour, but if I didn't have the points on my license...I would be in something newer and faster. Period. I can afford a better car, but I cannot afford the insurance at the time. So what is going on with the turbo kit you put $ down on?! I don't want to say I'm interested, but more curious.

personally it sounds like you are getting OLD!!!! id rather see an old man in a turbo 3L than a dam porsche. whenever i see a porsche its going slow with some OLD guy driving it. keep the kid in you alive and use the 3L as your fun car and be pround of it.

No question about that one. Absolutely! I guess I simply grew out of the whole scene, all too soon... My ADC kit is going to be finished very soon, and it is going straight into my basement. Like I said, I am going to decide what to do with the whole project over the fall/winter. Either case, I am not losing time since I wanted to do the SVT next spring.

One thing is for sure however, and that is that I will have one of the two cars. Now if I decide to go with the 3L Turbo, I promise you that it will be THE baddest Contour ever built. Period.

We'll see how things go. There is that part of me that wants to build the ultimate SVT, and it won't go down that easy. I keep picturing the Blue car with the BBS wheels and that splitter up front.... Ahhhhh, if only it was that easy to make up my mind...
