Chris,

That looks awesome. I want to try the same thing...if you have time could you do a walkthrough for how to attach the pieces to your car... I'm can't imagine how the rear oval is removed in the first place...

the rear oval can be removed with some fishing line and a pair of gloves. you just get the line in back of the badge and very slowly move the line back and forth. you need the gloves to protect your hands from getting cut by the line. the badge is held on with a foam which is sticky on both sides, but is easy to remove. then get some wd-40 to remove the left over sticky suff from your paint.

I did scratch the plastic, but I used medium then fine grit. Once it is smoothed, paint over it. Don't worry abou the chrome lettering unless it comes off with the emblem during removal.

Attn: Chris Hightower

What did you pry the logo off with? I don't want to get out there and break the damn thing. I can probably get it off with no trouble, but thought I would ask.

thanks

no need to pry.. remove the grill. on the back are two (i don't know what you call it) holding it. use a wrench and get them off.. very easy.
