Hi guys,
Well, a few weeks ago I had to get my fuel pump replaced on my 98 SVT, and the people who did it also replaced the filter. Recently, when the car has less than half a tank, it starts bucking during acceleration. Its not a hesitation...it starts to move, but very quickly it starts to buck even though my foot has not adjusted the pedal at all. This is annoying me beyond belief, and it makes it look like I cant drive stick!
It gets worse as the level of gas gets lower! But there is no CEL or anything. It also has trouble starting when the fuel is low...about 1/4 tank. My driveway is on a slope and when I let the car roll down to the more level area, it starts.

When they said they, changed the filter, was it the outside fuel filter or the pre-filter screen inside the fuel tank.

If the outside fuel filter was not changed, that might be the problem.

Edit. A few weeks ago, might have a warranty? Might be good to have them check it out.
