My car is midnight blue, and I had my mind set on 20% regular smoke black tint until I found a tint shop near my house that offers tint that fades from blue-black for $30 more. First, does anyone have any pictures of this blue-black tint (If the blue tint doesn't match my car perfectly, I think it'll look like trash), and does anyone have any general opinions on this?

do it i wanna know what it looks like! i havent seen it on the road yet... just green. i have the 20% smoked and love it on my midnight blue, but be different try it, just make sure its no aqua or something!

i've seen black fade into mirror and it looks like ****..it was on a mustang that i test drove...**** PURE **** hehe but i dont know what blue will look like

i saw a cougar at the chicago autoshow that was red with a red tint on the windows and it looked sweet. it was not a dark tint but a red transparent tint, in other words, you could see into the car from the outside. it was pretty cool.

sounds interesting. i've seen plenty of the black/mirror tint. last week i saw gold-black on a silver benz. look like a$$.

i've seen the blue transparent window film on a silver car and it looked nice

I tinted a couple of cars with fade tint.. I'm not a fan of it.. but it does look nice on some cars. If your gonna do the blue fade into smoke..make sure the the blue goes well with the color of your car. It won't look right if they don't match.

I have seen the blue tint many times, also red, and the most annoing to look at yellow! I would get sick of seeing differnt colors everytime i look out my window. I Have 20% all the way around with slight mirror...kind of like the RX300.

There is a neon metallic yellow Civic hatchback around here with neon yellow window tint to match, IMO it looks like crap, oh and lets not forget the riced out black Nissan Sentra 2dr with red window tint, and a Powered by jesus windsheild banner........ need i say more?
