i would have definitely agreed with this statement until i caught an episode of Top Gear last week in which a built Evo easily kept up with a murcielago on a track, and then passed it.
i dont know anything about this msp but it is possible that the car is seriously built and could beat a stock supercar. at least i think it is..

especially if youre talking about someone who has tons of time in their own car when going against someone who is new to their vehicle, like Rara said this guy apparently was.
