Come on that Porsche is atleast 31 years old (no later than a 1974) most likely is running an NA 2 Liter against a modern turbo charged car? OF course Porsche 917s were busy dominating Can Am racing for consecutive years at that time, there is no substitute for a Porsche.

I'm guessing the GT driver was inexperienced or taking it easy.

yes that was a MSP!!!! Very fast and seemed to be majorly setup for the track!!!!! if your in a MSP in Group 4 something should throw a flag right there!
