Sweet. Should be a fun project. A set of American Racing wheels is pretty much mandatory for a 60's Mustang . Here's some inspiration.

That old radio may be valuable, as AM/FM was a costly option in the old days..

Looks like a good deal to me... Keep us updated on pics and the like!!! And rusted floor pans are EASY to fix...Just weld in a new floor pan...Or you could do what the owner of the 1950 Buick I just got did...Take a piece of sheetmetal and screw it into the floor board...VERY NICE!

Not to mention expensive - even in rusted out condition.
Thanks for the comments. Its really not going to be a track car, more of a resto mod with a good amount of custom stuff on it. There is a lot of surface rust to be dealt with, I sanded down all the rust areas on the pass side last night and hit them with some rust converter and then primered them up. Looks good.
I think the best part of this car is the fact that the body is straight, lines up perfectly with everything else, and needs minor work to be in paintable condition. From looking at the frame rails, front and rear valences and the inner engine bay wheel wells that this car has never been in an accident (which is kinda rare considering it is 39 years old) Its the interior and engine that are gonna be the true pains.
