Intruders were decommissioned but not Prowlers...Prowlers are the only tactical airborne jamming platform available to the US military now, if you discount the cargo/airliner conversions. The Navy should be in the middle of rolling out a capability upgrade right now for the Prowlers, in fact...these birds most likely won't go away until the electronic-warfare version of the Super Hornet comes online in squadron-level numbers, and even then they might retain them.
