Could be a Tomcat, though...a combat jet trimmed out for landing that catastrophically loses thrust in one side (especially if it's got engines as spaced out as an F-14) is going to have a pain of a time when the pilot gooses the throttles to get power up and keep flying. If this is an older video, especially, it could be an earlier Tomcat, which IIRC had engines that were not very receptive to gross throttle adjustments (i.e. you couldn't just slam them open and get instant response).

Low & slow is no place to lose an engine, it doesn't matter what you're flying, but especially not when they're spaced like a Tomcat's.
