There are lots of good reasons that people do hybrids, here are two;

(1) Cost
(2) Maintaining the 'stock' 2.5L look for insurance reasons....





It's not cheaper to do a hybrid.

Both engines look the same and use the same valve covers in the end.

Those are not good reasons.
