Just thought i would let you all know im in.....I just bought a 2000 Contour svt...build number 1567...silver in color....there are a few things that are in need of attention but we all can address those laters...peace

thanks for the greets... i have seen lots of good info on the site....i am no stranger to modifying vehicles....my last car was a 2001 Focus ZX3..i had thousands into it...but alas..it died when i hit a tree...so i did some research and decided the Contour svt was my next car...i cant wait to start modifying it...gonna take a different stradegy than i did with the focus...im gonna do all the drive train first then motor...

The MTX can be beefed up, limited slip differential, etc. There is lots of info here.
