I'd want one of those hoods. But I need some clarification. Everyone talks about pre-97 cars and post-98 cars. What catagory does the 1998 E0 SVT fall under? Is that still a post-98 one? If the hood will fit the E0, I'd want one

If Aerogear is willing to put out a pair of Z3-gill-style fenders, I'd gladly buy a pair... as long as they're in the right place, of course. laugh

My understanding of the difficulty with the Mondeo headlamps was that, in addition to the subtly different curves, the depth is too much to get in a 'tour. Replacing the hood and fender might make matching the curves easier, but it would do nothing to get rid of the structure behind the headlamps that cause the depth problems.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here though.

depth would not be a mjor problem. If cutting is needed so be it. anything can be done with the right skills and time. I will let this thread run another day and then get in contact with aerogear. there does appear to be some intrest.

That hood is the SH!T.
It would get rid of a lot of the heat fro under the hood with those front vents (like on an EVO 6).
I like it a LOT!

I have submitted the proposal to Aerogear and spoke my contact on the phone today. I also posted the link in the proposal to this thread. If you guys ever have a chance at getting some cool aftermarket stuff made it is right now so if you are interested make sure to post here.

Love the hood and the fenders! Very nice! smile

I don't think I like the hood pins though, JMO though. I think it would be cool to get a body kit similar to the WRX. I know thats not what the thread is for just throwing it out there though.

Very Nice Pix though!
