That's not how you do it. You just get fat. The way to do it is stop eating and working out. When you stop eating you will start loosing fat. Once that's gone you will start losing muscle. But I wouldn't bother with any of that. Just raise your sex appeal (clothes & nice cars) and she won't care what you look like.
