Stop working out and eat more...
That's not how you do it. You just get fat. The way to do it is stop eating and working out. When you stop eating you will start loosing fat. Once that's gone you will start losing muscle. But I wouldn't bother with any of that. Just raise your sex appeal (clothes & nice cars) and she won't care what you look like.
I've finished about 60%. I finished the story missions and all the gang areas taken over.
I've shown up in one of those MR2-like cars with no success. Last time I showed up she was playing target practice on the roof of a building. Always says I'm too muscular.
