The only way they wouldn't be rice is if they changed colors as the squirter pressure changed. Kinda "dancing water fountains" on your hood. Better yet, if they were synched to your stereo so they flashed and danced and squirted with the music.
Then they'd be psychedelic.

I finally saw a car with them. It was a Z24 that had flashing blue strobes under the car (while driving). He also had a light ring around the gage cluster that lit the entire interior of the thing, very very tacky.
When I passed him I saw the blue lights on the hood. My opinion stands, they're Rice with a capital R.

Hmmm. They might also not be rice if you put on of those fake "Calvin" stickers on your hood in the right place, and then put a Honda logo high on your windshield where the fluid would squirt.

Hey guys i have them on my car. The great thing about them is that if you have the white colored lights the cops cant do anything about them.

Um, no. No matter how you cut it, it's still rice.. At least in my neck of the woods, EVERYONE has these stupid things. I usually play with these guys, as their cars are easy to beat, and then they back off. They're distracting to other drivers as well. If you want to do something different, get those tire caps that turn red when you start moving.

you know what pisses me off is the fact you see trucks and **** that have those yellow or orange lights like ten of em in a row and those are fine cuase theyre runnin lights but fucl cops and **** it always a pwoer trip fi they dont liek you

They are illegal in California, you cant have Red or Blue lights on the front of your vehicle. Its a felony, which is 10 years in prison and fines upto $30,000. (Impersonating an officer)
