I'm an officer, but not one that can help..
I think these are super-rice. Everytime I see a Civic with them, I usually chase after them. Then I school in a quick race, and go on my way. I also do this to suckers with the blue headlights. Sidemarkers are even tired these days.
Get the Knight Rider light kit from JC Whitney and be original.. I can't find it on their website, but I know they sell them..
