OKAY. A for effort, without a doubt. Not exactly the best project car, and a dirty install at that. Don't rag on the guy for having 13" wheels though. The best lowriders around run 13"-14" Daytons, that way they have more tire before bottoming out rim and they can bounce more at ease.
