in the third vid, thers a little gauge looking thing on the pillar with lights that appear to randomly go from green to red, what is that?

when you buy it... its for sale....
I drive it to work alot, so Rara gets to see it. Other than that I make looong road trips on the weekend and I always take the Focus.
