Yes, you always replace a clutch and pressure plate at the same time, and like Brapple said, all of the other stuff that's in there too.

And mileage alone does not necessitate a new clutch. I have driven cars that have over 200k on the original, and have heard of people replacing theirs after only 30k... it all depends on driving habits and daily driving conditions.
