First off, not everyone is from Conyers.
Second, Jackson SUCKS. If you want to go watch drag cars race fine, go there. If you want to race/watch your friends race street cars go elsewhere, such as SDR.

FIRST OFF:
Hey there bo" why don't ya clam down! i was mostly refering to me and jorje going to jackson!

oh and BTW jackson is one of the best tracks you will ever find as far as conditions go! yes the waiting in line sucks but if you have much power and have traction problems at other tracks i promise you will be much better of there.

so before you go and pop off at me like that again you better know exactly who i was talking to and what i was talking about.

have a good day

Hey buddy, just because you think I'm excited doesn't mean I am.
When you make a post on a public forum expect anyone/everyone to reply. Especially when it's very unclear to who you're talking to. So if you're gonna get your panties in a bunch over someone replying to you, then make it very clear to who you are talking to.

Jackson is an aight track. My statement still stands. None of ya'll have enough power to get worried about traction too much. Jackson caters to drag cars not street cars. No point in taking a street car unless you love sitting in the lanes.

So before you go and pop off at me you better make it really clear whom you are talking to. Don't get so pissy when you make a reply and expect people to read your mind and know who you're talking to. If you want to talk to just one person, click that button that says PM.

Chill out guy.

Quite the contrary. You know little about 99Cougars car nor mine, both he and I do have problems with traction at the strip. Ive never been to Jackson so I cant say anything about that one, but I know Reynolds is a much nicer track to hook up at compared to the ones ive been to.

this will be my last reply to this topic just so i don't start anymore trouble butt....

i do have traction probs in 1st and 2nd so yah...

PS and i am pretty sure the 500+hp CRX in my backyard has slight traction problems with anything but slicks...oh n/m i know it does. at just 8psi it will spin all the way thru 1st and 2nd. and with the ability to hold 30+ psi i would imagine it can get alot worse!

so yes i do have to worry about traction...no my panties aren't in a knot or whatever you said about them...and i will pop off whenever i want cause your right it is a forum and last i checked i am still an American so i can say what i want when i want. whats gonna happen? i'll get kicked off. big deal. its still just a forum and there are plenty more to join so no biggy here.

BTW i was not mad at you in any way. i don't get mad its not worth it. i figure i'll live a longer life without all the stress of being pissed of at someone that i will never meet so there's no need.

its all good tho

BTW if anyone wants to see this CRX run it will prolly be a couple weeks...need to get some slicks and get the computer programed with a 3bar map sensor. then it will be off too..... Jackson.

seriously not to make this post any longer but i really see no need to argue about something like this...i accept your reply kermit. my apoligies to you and i will try to be more specific in any upcoming posts that i make. (handshake)

your right you could have a v-8 or nitrous in your car, how would we know. For the most part Kermit is right anyone with a 2.5L mtx stock or slitlly modded should not have a traction problem unless they are dumping the clutch at 4500 rpm. a 192hp Atx having traction problems at the strip is just plain silly and can be easily fixed unless you have a 26-3500 stall or narrow tires. 14.6 is a impressive run if it is a n/a 2.5L atx though.

Of course you have some. You're FWD. But you should get what I'm saying. Not a drag car. A slightly better track could give a slightly better time though so could slightly better weather conditions or slightly better driving. Get what I'm saying?

My point exactly!

Feel free to keep posting. It keeps this place going and sometimes good for a laugh.
