it's a public forum, so yes, they do. he didn't have to mention the fact that he was drunk, and in doing so, he knew there would be comments about it.
i hope his friend gets better. but i don't feel sorry for him. i feel sorry for his friends (like the chad) and his family, who will have to endure the pain of his actions.
Agreed. People who choose to drink and drive are taking a huge risk and they know it. That still doesn't change that this sucks and I'm sorry your friend got hurt, Chad. If others haven't learned how big of a mistake it is to drive drunk already, I hope they do now.
