Does the vin come out for a svt? That would be my first checks.
Normal iron hot tanks will EAT aluminum though!
The code is on the valve cover. Unfornately that's easy to swap to a non-SVT engine. (it's happened several times before  )
Yes the SVT has a unique VIN code.
