I was sitting in my car today thinking to myself about how bland it looks. Then an idea hit me! So I went home and fired up photoshop. Let me know what you guys think!

NIce! I heard that the Speaker covers were hard to paint. The surfaces by the door handle may be easily scratched by passengers operating the windows/locks/door handle.

I definetly like the job done on the red contour pictured above (that I forgot to comment on when I inserted it)

I'll probably do my dash like that eventually.

Yeah, amen on the red dash, but the "tint" look on the speaker coverings is really cool. I don't think I'd paint the handle, but I would probably paint the surface surrounding the door handle the same T-red. Good job remembering the brake light too, nice idea.

You guys are probably right about the door handle. It would probably also be a pain to paint. Here's how it looks with the handles normal.

If you do it, post a howto, especially for those speaker grills, because I'm interested.

Well, crap. Seems my server has gone patooie. mad I don't know why or for how long (heck, I don't even know where it is), but I'll get this back to the top when it comes back up. Thanks for the opinions that have been given so far.

I'd like to paint some of my interior parts silver, to go with the rest of the car..especially the speaker grilles, the passenger side has some purple nail polish where the previous owner's girlfriend must have spilled it. There was some on the passenger side dash (a good table I guess) but I managed to get that off. I want to attempt it when I install a system, but, I don't want to find out after the fact that priming/painting the grilles will clog up all the little holes and so look retarded....
