I just don't think it can be done. Almost every one I've seen from anyone seems to get condensation.

In the Aesthetics forum I mentioned svtkev. He did the hightower mod and has ZERO condensation. He used duct tape to remove the chrome, to find a nice black finish, then used some sort of silicon to seal them up. Says he drives it everyday, rain or shine and has had no condensation. I sent him a pm yesterday to see if he could let us know what he used for sealing. His lights look flawless, as he was at the SZ05 Show n' Shine, but wasn't registered.

Not bad at all. They do get some condensation when I wash the car, but it goes away pretty quick. I rarely drive the car in the rain unless necessary, but they still look pretty good, other than the fact that I used 5 year old lights and the lenses weren't in the greatest of shape.

Mark if you find out what he used to seal them let me know, as Im going to have my headlights open soon!

I think the best way to make them look good is to just take a shitload of time on them, prepping, re-preping, and executing with a plan. Someting ill have to teach myself as I am not the most patient person!

Way too difficult to pick whom. I mean, I am really overwhelmed with the responses from you guys.

The way I will decide is to put all your names down in a bowl and pick one. Just to be fair.
