Yes, I've read about that, as with the E36 cars and I read that possibly the E46 cars as well. Mine isn't showing anything (yet), but I will keep an eye on it. And there's a guy on bimmerforums.com that has his own upgrade/reinforcement kit.




You mean Bimmers brake too. I thought it was just Contours

Yes, they will break in a big way. The suspension on this car is a combination of E36 up front and E30 in the back. The rear diff and suspension mounts literally get torn out from the car. The E36's do this as well, and there is a rumor the E46's may be doing it also. Plus, the S54 motor (315 hp in the M Roadster/Coupe and 333hp in the E36 M3) is prone to spinning bearings, which is why those motors carry a 6 year/100K warranty.
