it came from the factory tinted
its an Ion-2 with the value sport package on it so its got alot of the ION-3 features on it which inludes a 6 disk changer which plays mp3's (my fav feature of course).
I don't know about the headlights, I'm not gonna be first to try...the grill bothers me a little though. Someone paint my chrome!
