Those items I mentioned are not considered suspension components, and upgrading your suspension would leave them unaffected. Do you know where the stab-o-shock mounts? Have you checked the postings on poly'd roll resistors? If your clutch is fine, your problem may be the engine/transaxle is bouncing around on shifts, if they're not sufficiently held in place. About hard driving in the past, are you the original owner? My rear roll resistor looked like hell when I had it replaced.
