Good luck. That's a huge, tough decision. I wish I had an opportunity like that, even though I'm not sure I would go to that part of the world right now. I think it is good that your wife will get an opportunity to stay home with your little one, if that is what she wants.
There certainly are a lot of good points to it, but some concerns as well. I tend to agree with the person that said there must be a negative reason they are willing to/ have to pay like that, to get someone to do the work.
And yes, we will/ would miss you. Promise to be at least a troll here?
