And I have been passively considering a set of drag radials.
I know the stock axles are a worry but for a few reasons I think it might not be that bad of an idea.
1. I use the car mostly on the street, so it would not see the abuse of the track very often 2. I never get wheel hop, enough said 3. stage 3 axles appear to be a waste of money 4. I managed 20,000 miles on the stock clutch and differential with the turbo car. Although that may have been sheer luck, I drive my cars hard but do not abuse them. 5. Stock axles do not cost very much
What do you all think?

I know you don't take your car out in the rain, but if you were to get stuck in some you'd be screwed That being said though, I'd get em', especially with your car and its set up. BTW if you need a tire hook up, PM me

My DR's work fine under 50mph in the rain. And with a turbo, as long as you stay off the throttle you're fine, too. You would have to be retarded to assume they would work in the rain beyond that. And even at that you should give yourself extra time to slow down and what not, but I'm happy enough with mine to leave them on all summer. 3 weeks and no big complaints.

Yea I forgot to mention he was talking me into it today
I would be curious to know just how much the falkens give up to the drag radials.

Don't forget that Nitto has drag radials as well as their 555R's BTW, when do I get to take the turbo CSVT for spin Scott, I've been waiting a long time!
