I think if you had to post this on the internet for advice...then you didn't make enough of an effort. I would've handed that over to the police first and foremost.

While I might agree with your point, I don't think he did anything wrong. Put yourself in his situation where his job is at stake and everyone around him is saying stuff against what he knows is right. Peer pressure is a [censored], and him succumbing to it for a brief moment just delayed the inevitable. He was trying to do himself, the law, and his company right.

I hate Xerox.... Our Xerox Document Centre whatever it is always says there is a paperjam, there IS no paperjam!!!
"Slide out the finisher"
"Open the upper cover"
"Remove any misfed papers"
"Close the upper cover then slide back the finisher"
"Paper is jammed"

I swear I want to smash the [censored] out of that copier, Appearently it's been serviced numerous times. Once for the same problem, said theres a paperjam, but there is no [censored] paperjam, I removed almost everything, still no sign of paper. It's nice when it works though

On a related subject: We had another computer at work with child porn, was a Tablet PC notebook, in for a Databackup, told a manager, unit is now with the Police department.

Damn, beat me to it..

But uh yeah shouldn't the files have a "created on:", "Modified on:" and "last accessed on:" time stamps?

I belive those are relative to the clock setting in windows so as long as that is correct one would be able to see when he d/l it and viewed it...

One more question does Ghost also copy the unused sectors of the drive (ie deleted files?)

Ghost does not copy unused sectors. The unused sectors on the drive that I copied to are the sectors of that drive, which would be nothing since it was a brand new drive.
