Please keep in mind that the FRPP flows MUCH more than a stock Zetec head. From Ford's dyno numbers, a stock head put out 125.7HP@6k, the FRPP head with stock cams, a FRPP intake, and FRPP header put out 161.5HP@7k. Putting in Stage 3 FRPP cams bumped that to 175.9HP@7k.

ok thanks now another question, isn't the max for a zetec motor around 6k, how would you get it up to 7k? I guess you'd have to reprogram the ecu?

Stock redline is at 6750. Probably could go to 7k-7200 fairly safely without mods. I don't know what the fuel cutout is on a mtx, but probably a bit higher than the "redline". But I'm sure you'd be putting a programmed chip on if you're putting cams in anyways.
