Was working at a video store about 6 years ago, morning shift on a summer Sunday. There's a Dunkin' Donuts attached to the store. Some idiot pulls in, walks into Dunkin's, and we don't see them for a good 10 minutes. We notice there's a dog in the car. So, as I'm about to call the cops, a K9 unit and a wagon show up, with a tow truck right behind.
The dog was taken away, the person was arrested, and because they were driving the car w/out any passengers, had it brought to the local tow yard.
Anyone who leaves ANY living thing locked inside a car on a hot day needs to have their heads kicked in.
