The next time that customer comes in, they will look for you(even though you won't know who the frik they are). the problem is that he doesnt like the way they do their busniness and wants to leave. compusa started trying to make us do that used-cars sales crap and it was disgusting.
Managers have no moral issues with signing up people for credit cards ontop of other credit cards from our store they still havnt been able to pay off, and sell them the highest end products complete with 2k worth of crap they will never use. sure those people that are getting deeper into debt should know better, but i know my managers knew better, and thats just the kind of place i wouldnt want to work, and it seems he doesn't want to be in that kind of place either.
they way they do business is awful and my conscience is beginning to kick in. we are pushed to offer everything imaginable over and over and it gets extremely repetitive. the managers claim that we are offering the "complete solution" now who in their right mind would pay 250 bucks for antivirus and spysweeper and have it installed in their own home. i only have to stay there 2 more weeks until i get my bonus check but its like climbing a mountain and theres always something getting in the way. i will sooooooooo relieved when i can leave and will never have to walk in that awful store again.
